The Magikill are the mage nation of Inamorta — the most feared of the weapon peoples, devoted to magic as their way of war. This page covers their lore: their nation, their philosophy, their conquest by Order and their role across the series. For combat stats and builds, see the Magikill unit page.
The Magikill are the magic-following nation of the Stick War series, one of the weapon peoples described in the opening narration. They are spellcasters who have turned magic into their religion — the way of the mage. Among the weapon nations they are the most feared, wielding powers the sword, bow and spear cannot answer.
The Magikill homeland lies among the weapon nations of Inamorta, and in the first campaign they are the last great power Order must conquer. Their territory is defended by spellcasters who summon minions and strike from range, making it the hardest target of the war.
Magikill culture treats magic as the highest way — the path of the mage, above the crude weapons of other nations. Their spellcasters summon creatures to fight for them and unleash ranged attacks that no shield can block. This belief in magic’s supremacy makes them proud, powerful and, in the story, the ultimate test of Order’s conquest.
In the original Stick War and Stick War: Legacy, the Magikill are the climactic opponent of the first campaign. Their magic and summoned minions threaten to overwhelm Order, and defeating them requires everything the player has learned. Their conquest brings sorcery into Order’s army — and reshapes the series from then on.
After their defeat the Magikill serve Order, adding magic and summoned units to the imperial roster. Order’s ability to absorb even the most feared nation’s power is the key to its victory. The Order Empire page explains this pattern across the series.
The Magikill remain central to the series after their conquest. In Stick War II the rebellion is led by a figure called the Rebel Magikill, and later entries expand the mage nation’s story and magic. Their identity as the spellcasters of Inamorta runs through every era.
